No. Evoq is membership-based, which is what allows us to deliver this experience without the constraints of fee-for-service medicine. Your prescriptions and specialist visits can still be billed to your insurance where applicable.
Yes. Evoq is HIPAA-compliant. Your data belongs to you. We never share it with employers, insurers, or anyone else without your written consent — including when membership is sponsored by your company.
